This site is for YOUR CAREGIVER(S). It is for YOUR non-professional in the medical area who must deal with the day-to-day struggles of understanding the challenges of your illness, treatment, and recovery. But, this survey is also for YOU!
This survey is YOUR chance to be heard! Let us know your challenges, your heartaches, your victories and your needs. Together, we can help make the caregiver’s world a bit brighter, a bit easier, and less stressful. Together, we can help them understand what YOU are going through. This is your chance to anonymously let caregivers know what helps, what hurts, and what you need and want. It is also your chance to let caregivers know what you don’t want! We realize everyone’s situation is different. That’s part of what makes the caregiver’s job so challenging. It may be difficult for you to express to your loved ones what you are feeling. This survey is a vehicle for you to share, anonymously.
Your participation is greatly appreciated. We want you to know that through your participation and by sharing what you have experienced, you will be helping others.
